HOW TO USE?
General Use: The Salt Detoxer can be used by both professionals and home practitioners in a variety of ways; sophisticated facial treatments to simple foot fatigue can all benefit from this amazing device. Before starting any treatment , we recommend the unit be turned on the maximum level for 10 – 20 minutes prior to use and the temperature be gauged by touch as to suitability. If at this point it is deemed to be suitable for client or individual, turn the control switch on the cord back to the mid point. This is done because salt is a temperature sink which means it will hold heat ( or cold) for a long period of time and after this period, fine tune adjustment can be done if necessary. Now you are ready to use the Salt Detoxer for sore feet, as a platform for manicures or pedicures, sooth arthritic hands or relief from carpal tunnel syndrome, etc, etc, etc. We recommend initially 10 to 20 minute sessions as you are getting use to the feel and comfort level and then advancing to 30minutes up to a maximum of 60 minutes. Periodic temperature adjustment of the unit by rotating the control switch up or down may be needed. Discontinue use if there is any discomfort. Lotions, essential oil blends and crèmes may be used. Use test patches on your skin prior to using the Salt Detoxer to ensure you have no sensitivity to any of these ingredients.
