A Reiki Energy Session  like that of several other wholistic energy healing modalities, promotes whole health of the body, mind and spirit.  A simple yet powerful process : during a session, clients lie on a massage table, fully clothed. In consideration of channelled energy, the practitioner most usually will sense intuitive impressions as guidance for specific treatment of the client. An ancient technique "hands on healing" , the practitioner will either place hands on / or above, their client’s bodies. It's common for clients to feel the energy moving through them with some sensations such as tingling, coolness or warmth.
